"First room we were allocated was disgustingly filthy, muld on bathroom wall and floor, peeling ceramic coating on sink ,no sink plug. Carpet stained and bedsheets dis not look to have been changed . On speaking to reception, we were given an alternative room, which was only marginally better Toilet was cracked and coming away from the wall . You can no longer book the complimentary shuttle, it's first come, first served, which results in a chaotic process and long waits Would we stay again? Never in a million years!"

"Nice stay at Crown Plaza Hotel. Convenient walk from Manchester Airport train station. Too far to walk to terminals however. There is a hotel shuttle for £4. Delicious Thai restaurant called Sampans on property"

"A bit of a drawn out check in procedure, takes around 15 mins , parking cost £25 per night snacks are over priced bag of crisps £6.00 for soft drinks and water £3.00 . The rooms are clean and nicely laid out , the bed very comfortable and a good night’s sleep, no noise from others staying or from traffic "
