Strict no smoking policy. \*\*Important to note: Lanikea building management requires $250 "move-in" fee for all new guests/tenants. This $250 charge is separate from the booking payment and is guest/tenant responsibility to pay directly to the building upon check-in. OUTDOOR AREAS This unit features a spacious private lanai with outdoor furniture, including a cafe table and 4 chairs. The building is primarily owner occupied and only has 100 units, 4 units per floor.
