"Staff is helpful and friendly. I like the flower that was delivered everyday in the lobby and floor foyer. I also like the connecting rooms which is a plus for family travel. I'm particularly impressed by the blanket that is thin but warm for the April cold and windy weather. The location is close to train station. I don't like the bathroom which has a shelving right on top of the sink faucet which got in the way of my head when brushing my teeth. Those should be removed, in my opinion. Also the bath area does not have a glass door which makes floor wet outside of the tub."

"Not the best location, hotel images are a little over exaggerated. The staff are fantastic and free parking a plus. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are travelling with children. There are no window restraints and no air conditioning so if you need air and have children there is a constant worry."

"This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The concierge was extremely helpful upon check-in. The area is very safe and near many embassies. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor. "

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. Location was good, most of the staff were friendly."
