The staff did not come to replace the empty body wash even though I went to the office . No microwave in the room that needs to be clearly explained by the front staff while giving the room key. When I went to the front desk to enquire about the microwave, she mentioned that it is near the pool side which is not precise either. She needs to tell properly that is in the laundry room near the pool side.
The staff in the reception needs to be trained how to speak with the customers and probably a cultural and attitudal thing. In this hospitality business one cannot be a straight talker but needs a diplomatic and supportive type of answering person at the front.

"Good location. Friendly staff. Room wasn’t cleaned properly but the beds and bathroom were clean. Free morning coffee. Easy parking. Good places to eat nearby, notably Los Altos has good Mexican food right across the street. Easy freeway access."

"All was good except for the alarm clock was set and I didn't do it. I would think the staff would check the alarm clock to make sure it was not set for the next guest. It is bad enough that you are sleeping in a strange bed, but to then have the alarm clock turn on, not good!"
