Amazing place to stay
This is an amazing hotel and well worth a stay. I would gladly stay there again. The owner came and talked to us to make sure everything was to our liking. Very nice gentleman. Nice breakfast and outdoor porch to eat it on.

Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable. Room and bathroom size bigger than any other hotel in Europe. Breakfast was amazing, we would’ve love to stay longer

Located in quaint friendly town. Inn was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The recommended pizzeria across the street was cheap and tasty. We booked on line and when we arrived there was no one there. We became worried and called the hotel. We were directed to a lock box with our keys inside. It was a Sunday evening and it's common for people not to be working at that time. We were relieved to find a spacious, comfortable room, directions to extra towels, linens, water, snacks and even board games and DVDs. The next morning we were late for breakfast but they kept the dining hall open for us and encouraged us to take our time and eat. The continental breakfast surpassed our expectations. The variety of options from made to order eggs to fresh yogurt muesli to meat, cheese and baked goods... I would definitely stay there again.

Tolles Zimmer , tolles Konzept vom Hotel. Ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück mit sehr netter Ansprechpartnerin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wirklich tolles und modernes Hotel, welches wir so nicht in Riesenbeck vermutet hätten! Das 24 Stunden Wohnzimmer Konzept gefiel uns besonders gut. Das ist zukunftsorientiert und spricht alle Gästegruppen an. Vorbildlich !

We had a really nice stay on our way from France to Denmark and this was the perfect location midway. Newly renovated, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The place has a restaurant with a living room area feel. Good food both for dinner and breakfast, coffee, tea and drinks available on a self serve basis. Good value for money.

Helt igennem et fantastisk ophold.
Vi blev budt velkommen af en ekstrem venlig mand. Som gjorde meget ud af at lade os føle os mere end velkommen. Han fortalte om faciliteterne og viste os vores værelser og tilbød enda at hjælpe med vores bagage. Værelserne var nyrenoveret og lyst indrettet. Der var dejlige, rummelige badeværelser. Sengen var meget behagelig at sove i. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og det emmede af god stemning fra de andre tilfredse gæster. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Das Hotel Riesenbeck ist mit Abstand das beste Hotel in der näheren Umgebung. Ich bin geschäftlich häufiger in der Gegend und habe etliche getestet. Im Riesenbeck gibt sich das Personal absolut Mühe einem dem Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu machen und bei Sonderanliegen entgegenzukommen. Die Inhaber investieren permanent in die Weiterentwicklung des Hotels, sodass alles frisch, neu und modern ist.

Schönes Hotel für mehr als einen Zwischenstopp
Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war erstaunlich groß, ebenfalls das Badezimmer. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man sich an einem Schrank im Flur mit kostenlosem Mineralwasser versorgen kann und dort auch zusätzliche Handtücher, Kopfkisten und Spiele bis hin zu einer Spielekonsole zur Verfügung stehen. Als wir dort waren, wurde im Restaurant ein Menü für 19,50 € angeboten, was ich nur empfehlen kann. Es gab zwei verschiedene Hauptgänge, die beide sehr schmackhaft waren. Das Frühstück haben wir uns nur angeschaut, weil wir bei Bekannten zum Frühstück eingeladen waren. Aber das was wir sahen, war ziemlich überzeugend. Uns hat auch die Umgebung gefallen und wir überlegen, dort einen längeren Aufenthalt zu machen. Sollte das klappen, werden wir das Hotel gerne wieder buchen. Eine Sache ließe sich aber verbessern. Als wir ankamen (ca. 16:00 Uhr) war die Eingangstür geschlossen und es war keine Klingel zu sehen. Wir hatten allerdings eine Telefonnummer. Beim Anruf sagte uns dann jemand, wir sollten über die Terrasse gehen, dort wäre jemand. Da wäre es schön gewesen, wenn ein entsprechender Hinweis schon an der Tür gewesen wäre. Zur Zeit (Juni 2020) wird zumindest im Erdgeschoss renoviert. Wir waren über ein Wochenende dort. Da ruhten die Arbeiten. Ob es in der Woche zu Beeinträchtigungen kommt, kann ich nicht sagen.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ungezwungene und doch achtsame Atmosphäre in Zeiten von Corona . Alle Abläufe wurden nachvollziehbar erklärt, sehr fürsorgliche Angebote hinsichtlich der Möglichkeit wo es Möglichkeiten gibt, essen zu gehen. Aus meiner Sicht noch kleine Schwächen in der Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Abstands- und Hygienepläne im Rahmen des Frühstückbüffets, die sicherlich schnell behoben werden könnten.

Il gestore è molto, molto gentile. Si fa in quattro per far stare bene gli ospiti, ma purtroppo la struttura non è all'altezza. Colazione ok, normale. Anche per la colazione, personale molto gentile. Per la zona è probabilmente una delle strutture migliori - ecco perché il giudizio sembra poco in linea.
