Not as bad as the Google reviews, but beyond the fairly convenient location in an alleyway – the check in process is convoluted. It's self-check in and responses are sporadic. The room is nicer than I expected, but as the adage goes, you get what you pay for and there's plenty of ants as other reviews mentioned. The bed is a spring mattress and ultra uncomfortable as the springs poke into your back no matter which way you lay. There's a washer on the top floor which is nice, but it's often in use. No amenities. The biggest annoyance was the cleaning lady. She insisted I was Japanese over and over again and had a rude attitude every time I saw her. It got to a point I actively avoided her because I couldn't stand her negative energy and face like someone an het cua. Anyway, that's about it. I still give a 3 star, but it's clear the cleaning lady hates her job.
