After veiwing other options the owner presented she convinced another tenant to move to another hotel after I mentioned i had no other option but contact Expedia. ##### JOHN R ### 2/10 Terrible #### Timothy 7 Jan 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities Arrived after booking a 3 bed room, was told the hotel does not have any rooms with 3 beds, and would not accommodate the 3rd person ##### Timothy Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### naoya 28 Jan 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities このホテルの受付担当者（女性）、旦那さん、ルーム・清掃スタッフは素晴らしい人間だ。 このホテルを強くお勧めする。 ブイビエン通りまで徒歩3分という立地でありながら、宿泊費はリーズナブルだ。 私はコニコ（KONIKO）ホテルではなく、S Tホテル（徒歩1分）に宿泊した（コニコホテルでチェックイン、受付担当者は同じ）。 部屋は清潔に整えられている。 エアコンは正常に作動する。 テレビは未設置だった。 シャワーは水圧は弱いが、ぬるま湯は出る（ホーチミンは気温が高いので問題ない）。 ルーム（清掃）スタッフは信用ができる。 清掃スタッフがベットマットを立てて掃除をしているのを何回も見ている。 クリーニング店を経営しているから、洗濯物にも困らない（2Kgで50,000ベトナムドン）。 スタッフが良い方なので、なぜかこのクリーニング店を利用したくなる。 高級な衣類は避けた方がよい。 旅先で困った時は女性受付担当者に相談すれば助けてくれると思われる。 受付担当夫婦は英語が話すことができる。 STホテルに12日間程宿泊したが、部屋で喫煙できないこと以外は不満はなかった。 このホテルに宿泊できたことは、本当に幸せで安心な時間だった。 このホテルは日本人に適している。 このホテルに迷惑をかける日本人が利用しないことを願う。 ##### naoya Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Fumihito 23 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities ブイビエン通りのすぐ近くでホーチミン市中心部の観光地にアクセスしやすいです。メインストリートからは離れた裏路地にあるため、それほどクラブのうるささも気になりません。部屋の防音はほとんどないと思ったほうが良いので、隣の部屋の音などは聞こえます。 不満に思ったことは部屋の設備。冷蔵庫は故障して使えないこと、部屋の鍵がまともにかからず、ドアも壊れかかってセキュリティに懸念があること、洗面の配管から水漏れがあることです。 ですが、価格と立地を考えれば仕方ないことです。スタッフの態度も良く、一階にあるランドリーサービスも安くて、白い服の色が変わることもなく、縮んでしまうこともありませんでした。 総合的に考えて☆4です。 ##### Fumihito Stayed 4 nights in Aug 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### ?? 22 Feb 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 静かではないけれど、遊びには行きやすい。 スタッフが親切で良い ##### ??
