The area around the atrium was awfully dirty. I had to close the blinds to avoid seeing the dirt. I would like the management to contact the taxi driver who forced me to pay him 130K Viet dong because he had no change. He still asked for more tips on top of that. He drove recklessly, with both hands often off the wheel. One of the concierge staff ordered this taxi.
