"The room had an odor and eventhoufh it’s a landmark building with some renovations, there were not enough outlets, no coffee pot just sat on table nowhere near an outlet to plug up and make coffee. Complimentary water should be available not just $5 bottle in room. The hallways need air freshener. It just gives old vibe overall."

"The hotel and room was pretty standard for a hotel in downtown Chicago. There was water stations on every floor to fill water bottles, the staff was very friendly, and there was self-service check-in & check-out. Only negative was the doors to the rooms were very loud, louder than other hotels I’ve been at and it felt like all hours of the night and early morning people were coming and going with slamming the doors. Sleep wasn’t as great bc of it but not much you can control besides other guests trying to not let the door slam."

"room very small and dirty front desk very rude people paid for valet parking and they always closed can't find anyone to take your car to park it the whole casino smoking and smells very bad the staff on the floor they were very helpful the front desk lady charged me early choking fee without my knowledge very bad service expidia booked me and told me all hotel fees and taxes include it in my booking but when i cheeked out they charged me hotel resort fees so i don't know lied to me"
