The location was great. There is a train route along the same street as this hotel. Hondori shopping street and Don Quijote are within walking distance. The room was very clean and had most of the amenities we needed (no iron/ironing board though). The staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

I absolutely love it it's been the best home away from home, the staff are all so very nice and it's nice having laundry machines not having to travel for doing laundry.... We had the accessible room and it was very spacious. Bathroom was huge! The staff at the counter when I checked in and checked out were also all very kind and spoke English very well. We stayed 2 nights here with 1 night in Miyajima in between the 2 nights. We left our luggage with the hotel. They were very kind to let us do that. The small breakfast was very nice as well. I enjoyed the bread with the raisins. One area for improvement is to add more hooks in the bathroom. Also, the area above the mirror didn’t have a light. Location was great as well. 7-11 and Mister Donut were frequent stops for us.

First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. We have no complaints at all! We will be back on our next trip to Hiroshima
