"The house was beautiful as described in the listing. There weren’t any surprises. The property manager was very helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. There was some confusion on my part regarding checkout time and the team happily accommodated to extend the checkout time by an hour. Nitpick: My only ask is that there are more coffee pods provided. A super easy fix."

"This place was heaven!! The view is like nothing you've ever seen before. The mountains are gigantic and the view from the deck overlooking Lauterbrunnen in the valley doesn't even look real! "We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

"Great, quaint hotel for our stay in Interlaken. Staff is friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed the departing gift. The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance of downtown but just off the main drive so was more quiet. Breakfast with the espresso/coffee maker was also an added bonus.
