Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The views of the lake from the room were superb. Just a heads-up to anyone picky about AC, there is none. There was a fan in our room and with the windows open, the warmth was manageable.

The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. Very nice hotel with beautiful view . The staff were wonderful . Specially Cruz and Melina . Good breakfast . Loved their spa too

We have multiple rooms for our privacy. We also have a nice view and it's a non-smoking area. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything we need, we have it. It's very comfy! Staff were very friendly, very professionals. All the tourist spots are walking distance. We get to enjoy walking. Weather is good too!
