"Words don’t describe what an awesome experience we had at this cabin! The cabin and property are just perfect! Every detail is well thought out and the cabin is immaculate, inviting, and so cozy! The views are second to none, as well as our hosts, John and Lynn! They’ve become friends that we look forward to seeing again! This is the best VRBO I’ve ever spent time at and we’re already planning trips back to the cabin!"

"Nothing but superlatives to report about the cabin. Pete is an involved host, and we were at the cabin when the aspen fall colors were near peak. Warm autumn days with blue skies and a touch of snow on the higher peaks. Cabin is well appointed and the host has anticipated most every need. The instructions in the binder are straightforward. We felt at home right away. Cabin is sited about 10 miles from Westcliffe, and the route guidance is easy to follow. The Starlink wifi is robust even with several tablets using the internet. Ample bandwith.Easy drive back to Westcliffe to pick up additional groceries or anything wanted.Really glad we booked this place. The week flew by. Deer make the occasional visit. Didn't realize the deck was trimmed with fairy lights until midweek."

"The cabin was well stocked, Appreciated seasonings left there. Appliances need to be updated. Love the fireplace in the great room! The stars were incredible! Lots of wasps indoors."

"Their checkin instructions did not say punch in 4 numbers then punch the check mark We sat in parking lot getting madder and madder before after nearly an hour someone texted us with the ✔️ symbol secret. The "do you need help phone numbers" was busy the entire time."
Quiet, Cozy and Quaint Log Cabin Living!

"We had an amazing family weekend! Eric was great with communication. We were there for Labor Day weekend, 6 adults and 2 kids. There was enough space for all to enjoy time together and personal space. Like most who read some of the reviews or water signage at the home we were worried, but that was not an issue for our family of 8! We did the dishes, showered, and all things hygiene related and we were fine for those 3 days and 2 nights. The area is private and big, we were able to take walks outside, play disc golf, and enjoy the outdoors. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a weekend getaway to disconnect!"
