The Space:
Welcome to our mountain retreat, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for families or groups of up to 8 who want both tranquility and adventure.

• Warm, inviting living area with a fireplace and a plush sofa
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and all the essentials
• Spacious dining table for group dinners
• Four comfortable bedrooms, each with plush bedding and mountain views:
– Luxurious primary suite with a king bed
– Two en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen bed
– Fourth bedroom with a trundle bed
• Three bathrooms
• Patio with an outdoor grill and panoramic mountain views
• Fire pit for toasting marshmallows
• Starlink internet

Hit nearby trails, ski Monarch Mountain or Ski Cooper, or fish, kayak, bike and hike in the warmer months, then come home to the fire pit and recount the day's adventures.

Self check-in with a smart lock. You'll receive your unique code 2 days before arrival.

The Area:
The home sits in a quiet, friendly area with plenty of space to spread out and relax, surrounded by nature with mountain views all around and trails nearby, about 2 miles from city centre Buena Vista. Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper are within reach for ski days.

Getting Around:
The home is 2 miles from city centre Buena Vista. You'll want a car to get around, but you can also walk or bike to town via bike lanes and nearby trails. There's ample parking in the driveway. Please don't park on the street; it isn't allowed under HOA rules.

Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Like many Buena Vista mountain homes, this one has no A/C, but evenings cool off quickly. Open a few windows and turn on the fans for fresh mountain air.
• Pets aren't allowed, but service animals are always welcome free of charge — we just appreciate a heads-up if you're bringing one.
