Escape to this fabulous space in picturesque Cañon City. This newly built, spacious 1BR/1BA suite is on the upper floor of a carriage house built in 1898. Just two blocks from Historic Downtown Cañon City, you have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as the scenic Arkansas River Walk, the Royal Gorge Railroad, and Skyline Drive. You'll enjoy year-round mountain biking, hiking or trail running on nearby trail systems. The iconic Royal Gorge Bridge and Park and other popular attractions are less than a 20-minute drive away. This is a cozy and modern space with one bedroom, one bath, and an open living room/kitchen/dining room area. Ideal for individuals, couples, or a couple of good friends!

Off-street parking for one car with additional on-street parking available.

A perfect base for exploring Cañon City, the local trails, the abundance of attractions, and the entire Royal Gorge region.

Since this property is on the second floor with stairs as the only access, it would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Great place to stay! Really fairly priced. A lot of character, very clean, and fantastic location right off Main St. Not a great hotel selection in Canon City, but I'd rather stay here anyways!

Cute, Comfortable & Convenient

The property was the perfect stay for me and my husband. Check-in was easy and it was a pleasant walk to get to all the things on Main Street. We felt like it was a good amount of space and privacy.

Working weekend in Canon City

Loved the proximity to the downtown area, great neighborhood, easy access to the property, all the amenities I needed. Great touch of personal decor added to the atmosphere.

Super cute and recently built. Clean and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, which was nice. My only minor complaint is the wifi - it's a bit slow. Trying to stream a show last night and I had to restart the app (but only once - then things were fine). I would recommend this place and would stay here again!
