"Upon an early arrival, Stephen did his utmost to provide an early check in on the 4th floor which he did with upmost efficiency. Even at 14.00 when a room became available ! The suite was cleaned 100% Bathrooms installed with large white towels and luxury soap dispensers Wardrobes with sufficient hangers for at least, a 2 night stay along with a quality hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Also a safe which is appreciated Quality breakfast included within the competitive price The main reason we have stayed here is the closeness to Birmingham New Street Station. Staybridge is only about a 3 minute walk from the station up Corporation street and with a safe entrance, three lifts up to the reception and card controlled access thereafter. Air conditioned rooms The shower is incredible Best in Brum !!! Close to everywhere "

"Staff was lovely. Room was clean and spacious but the bed is a bit small for a couple. Great location as has a small Tescos and Sainsbury’s close by. B4 Parking just round the corner and even for someone on crutches it’s easily walkable. "
