I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Really nice and spacious room in the centre of Auckland, with great views of the city. The hotel had great amenities and a decent breakfast. The only downside was the car parking situation, having to use the next door multi story car park and get your ticket validated on leaving.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.

A great hotel in a great location = high price! Breakfast alone will set you back $45/day, but if you're smart about the package you book it's a little bit of luxury in walking distance to Auckland City centre.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Aga, she was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to build a relationship with the guests which made us feel comfortable and secure throughout our stay. We stayed for 8 nights and the staffs which we’ve encountered were all friendly and the caretaker was very knowledgeable amending faults within the rooms.
