"I was a contact with the hotel to let them Know we are going to be late because we went to Sun &fun and end late. When we go the hotel they charge $255 Like the reservation but they gave us the room for people disability . Was terrible I felt sorry and thank God we do t have any phisical problem. We call to exchange the room and was no more room . I hear the hotel keep the good rooms for the reservation directly to the hotel. Too expensive for that room. I will no go back there . But the Women’s at the breakfast are great ! "

"Loved loved loved our stay. I will definitely be back. My kids had so much fun. It was truly a wonderful experience. I only have constructive criticism and feedback regarding communication and staff knowing information. The day before I left for Westgate I called and asked about bike rentals. I was told over the phone that since we were arriving late on Friday and going to rent bikes Saturday that the bikes would probably be sold out bc it’s a packed weekend. And I said “what if I arrive right as the bike rentals open?” And he said “they’ll be sold out because you rent the bikes for the weekend.” I said “ohhh wow”. So I went out and purchased a bike rack to bring our bikes”. Fast forward im at Westgate and I’m at the pool area and I see a bunch of bikes. So I walked up to ask because i was curious. And she said “we have plenty of bikes. You can rent them by the hour but you have to come back every hour for us to check on the bikes”. I told her what I was told over the phone and she said they don’t rent bikes for the weekend. Then another thing we were told ahead of time was that when we got the Westgate bands on our wrist that’s all we needed to use the amenities and areas like the pool and the cowboy center etc. however every time we went in they checked us in and we had to wait in a line to get checked in. I asked the girl “why do we have to check in every time if we already have the wrist band?” She said “you must check in every time”. I said it didn’t make sense but w/e. "

"The kitchen was equipped for cooking, it was clean, the staff are very nice and there is ample parking."

"The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each day they came around giving us new towels. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Parking was safe, my only disappointment was that I did not receive a refund for a day that we checked out earlier than expected. Additionally, constantly moving furniture and a running child way pass midnight in the suite above ours affected our sleep."

"The breakfast food was ok. Served fan kill my style which was nice but the vegetarian meats were warm at best. The kids loved the playground and the room. Overall I’d come here again asks just plan to not eat breakfast on site. "
