Unfortunately my room was over a building that had a fan running all night and the pipes ? water pipes were very noisy at times … woke me just after 5 am. "The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. Most especially Oscar, Duane and Dirrin who went above and beyond. I casually mentioned that a chair of some sort in the shower of the accessible room would be helpful. Within an hour a shower chair joined the non slip mat in the shower. My accommodation was clean and beyond reproach. I've got a couple of return visits booked, because I'm so comfortable staying here."
