"Parc55 is in the most central location in Union Square; central to public transportation, the trolley, and the heart of the city. The hotel itself is very well kept, great staff, fitness center and great views of the bay from upper floors. Don’t sleep on the cafe right across the street; superb."

"The property was clean as were the rooms and very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked any questions. It was great to have free parking for a change in San Francisco. The only concern was the lack of spaces compared to rooms. If you don't get a spot, hopefully, you can find a spot on the street but pretty full most of the time. We parked and Ubered or got back to the room by 5 pm while people might be at dinner. We had no problem. Within the first several blocks of the property, you will find little shops and plenty of eateries. We would stay there again."

"The views. The in room Keurig wouldn’t work unfortunately. It would be really nice to have hot coffee and hot water machines as a complimentary amenity in the lobby. Certainly wouldn’t be much of an expense for IHG."

"Great hotel, exceptional value, spotlessly clean, decent breakfast included, great location as the underground and street cars have stops right outside the hotel. We were a family of 5, from the UK, including 3 teens aged 17, 15 and 13. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Union Square. Yes, it does have some homeless people and drug addicts on the streets nearby....but unfortunately thats San Fran city centre these days! We disnt feel particularly unsafe, it was just sad to see really....and a good lesson for the kids on why not to do drugs!!! You could stay in a Hilton 10 mins walk up the street and you will see the same thing when you leave your hotel. Also, you can leave the hotel and jump straight on a street car if you dont want to walk. Overall, awesome value lovely hotel in a v Central location to enable you to see all the sights from."

"The room was super cute!! The shower was AMAZING!! The location was great and there was a ton of restaurants around. It also wasn't far from the tourist stuff. The parking was little confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again."
