"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the reception to the bar and restaurant everything is decorated perfectly, the spa and pool facilities are great although the jacuzzi wasnt working, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the bathroom is very modern. When we arrived the children were given a gift bag each which i think is lovely touch. Would definitely recomment this hotel"

"Spacious clean double room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a relaxing rainfall shower. The room also had iron and ironing board - nicely practical. All in all a very pleasant and comfortable 4 day stay. P.S. Air Conditioning a massive plus. "

"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "

"Staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Facilities were very good and rooms very comfortable. My only criticism would be that a lot of tables had reserved signs on them but when we asked about them we were told we could use them as they were 'not really' reserved ? It was only in case they needed to use them?"

"Room was clean but there was evidence it hadn't been thoroughly clean following last resident eg. half used coffee sachets left and tea/coffee area not re stocked "
