"Staff and other guests were very helpful. The lift requires your hotel room pass to operate, which was not readily apparent to me. Also, I found locating the room confusing as all the long corridors and rooms look identical. It's just me though! Both times other guests came to my assistance. The temperature control of the room was excellent and allowed for a good sleep on what was a warm day. The availabilty of a regular Hotel Hopper bus to terminal 2 was really good. I am staying here againmon my way back from holiday so hopefully I'll be less confused this time!"
