"Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de fin d'année en famille dans le gîte d'Yvette et Joël qui sont des hôtes chaleureux et accueillants. Ils se sont assurés que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour, la maison est grande et bien équipée, dans un lieu au calme. "Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. "Gerard and Claudine are delightful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is great and has every amenity. The garden is spectacular and together with the BBQ makes for lovely evenings. The house is close to the beautiful resort of Binic with it range of restaurants and bars. We recommend the fish restaurant close to the harbour wall. Overall the nicest Gite we have stayed in over 5 years of coming to France. We thoroughly loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to you."

"We had a lovely stay at this traditional old Stone property. The bedrooms were very comfortable but only one toilet upstairs meant going to the loo in the night wasn’t easy. Also the bathrooms only had hand held showers in the baths which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeper that met us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. The property was superb, very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could need. The garden was beautiful. We found the accommodation to be spacious and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Local facilities were just a short drive away and the surrounding area is a real treat."

"A super property in a quiet hamlet near Pluer sur Rance. The cottage is fully equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and has a lovely large bed. Catherine kindly came out to meet us and guide us to the cottage after the sat nav lost the plot. She is a very nice lady, close by if needed but not intrusive. There is a large Super U close by and the location makes it easy to reach Dinar, Dinard and St. Malo. We were sorry to leave and would highly recommend it and would stay again"

It has the best of both worlds, being in a quiet rural location but an easy drive to the beautiful beaches and coast line.
