"This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in ‘The Princess’s Room’ which is glorious. Full length embroidered silk curtains and lovely feature detailing. It is not the room to choose if you want a ‘normal’ easy access shower; it’s original 1920’s fittings are a very large enamel bath (good for two) and a hand held only shower head. "Great beach location. 30 seconds away, just across the road. 15 minute walk to the main centre. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Only things we missed in the room was a safe and a fridge. Otherwise, lovely hotel in an excellent location"

"The staff, hotel, location, and our room were all wonderful. The onsite parking, although expensive, was very convenient and made our stay easier. The one very disappointing aspect was the breakfast. It was below average, especially for a four-star hotel. The selection was limited, the few hot items available were barely warm, and the fruit and salads did not appear particularly fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was not up to the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality."

"Very impressed with our stay at Hotel Ore. We (family of 5) had stayed previously at the property when it was Hotel Belem and had found the hotel useful for St Malo ferry the next day but overall not the best of stays. On staying again under the new name/ownership and after the renovations our stay was vastly better. Our family room for the 5 of us was great and the decor is much improved. The continental breakfast was lovely. Overall highly recommend staying at Hotel Ore."

"What an amazing find! An absolutely beautiful family run hotel in such a great location to visit the amazing Dinan, with its medieval ramparts and numerous medieval buildings. Kevin & Roxana who own and run this hotel are the perfect hosts. We stayed in the suite for 5 nights and had our own courtyard and kitchen area, which was excellent as we had our dog staying with us. The service offered by Kevin & Roxana and all their staff was exceptional and I could not rate them any higher. We had travelled previously from Vannes which we thought was amazing arriving in Dinan and can only say Wow, Wow and Wow, what a city and a great location to visit the surrounding areas. The city is stunning and has everything you want for a fantastic holiday. If you have never been to Dinan before, don’t hesitate, just go and stay in this wonderful hotel and I hope your holiday is as enjoyable as ours!"

"Others complained of maintenance issues although we didn’t have a problem. They offer us a complimentary non alcoholic drinks voucher however then charges us upon check out for the drinks. If parking make sure you’re familiar with the prices and also note it’s tight streets. The staff also keep your car keys and move your car to allow other cars out"
