"On arrival Monday 4.30pm, this is a really lovely property, clean & tidy, parking not a big issue, quiet street, but the property was freezing cold, heating thermostat set at OFF, boiler was on. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS. "We thought this would be an ideal base to explore the surrounding areas around Skipton. The cottage was way more than that. It was clean, well-eqipped and had everything you could need. Cosy, great countryside views all around, plenty of hot water, a roaring fire and peace and quiet. The garden was dog proof (for our 2 anyway).
