The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem, especially if you are travelling on the Eurostar. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally convenient. The hotel is attached to the train station so I always find it very straightforward, especially if I am coming in late on the Eurostar or setting off early. Nice place to stay.

The executive suite was very nice, it had an extra room which my son took advantage of. Very quiet and comfortable room. Nice shower. Breakfast was good, good mix of people. The pool and sauna were very good and always clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was an 8 minute walk to a metro stop and some good eateries due to the location of a near by student campus. We were happy we stayed there.

The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.
