"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

A member of staff was inadequate and incompetent. Refusing to provide with a room invoice, where i have paid DIRECTLY to reception on my check in, blindly arguing with people from abroad whos primary language is not English. And in fact being wrong in a situation he created."
