"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. However, my room had a technical problem going in on the 2nd day, and I and I had to wait about an hour on the lobby. A better, more professional hotel would have changed my room to another under this circumstance. Overall, it was okay."

"This hotel is in a central location. Rooms in excellent condition as they were refurbished in 2025. I had breakfast for the five days of my stay. As I have certain dietary needs, they couldn’t accommodate them all . An example is a fruit salad. I can’t do citrus fruits and I asked if they could give me some melon/grapes/Apple . The member of staff replied it comes already made up. Thought this was quite poor. So no fruit for me."
