Great rooms and friendly staff

I cannot recommend this resort enough. The condo is good sized with high end full size kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room opens on to a spacious balcony through openable doors with a view of lagoon and golf course. The fact that there is daily housekeeping is a huge plus. Great hotel and staff. Just cross the main road and you are on Waikiki Beach, great for swimming and surfing. Hotel has it's own pool too. Really good shopping and lots and lots to see and do. Very good location.

Loved this place - if your into resorts you wont but if you like low key friendly family run then you will. I booked the lead in room which is a studio over the pool - but was able to upgrade 2/3 nights when I go there - wish i had booked the beach front initially - they are fabulous with uninterrupted ocean views and great breeze through in the heat. Loved this hotel and will come back for a week next time.

Aulani was amaaaazzing... Worth every dollar .. The staff are friendly the resort is beautifully located with the nicest views .. Their kids Club is free and is fantastic and so secure .. My son has a Gluten intolerance and when the chef at one of the restaurants found out about it he personally came out and asked what my son would like to eat and then he personally dilevered freshly made GF pancake straight to my son.. WOW!!! And the actual resort is soo much fun with soo much to do. Definetly...

We booked this hotel to stay in for a famoly wedding in Maui. We were looking for somewhere at a reaonable price on Napili Bay - friends and family were all staying in Napili Bay at various hotels so we got to compare a few places. We were really surprised at how great this hotel was. The condo facilities were excellent and allowed us to cook and eat in when we wanted. Fabulous accommodation very helpful customer service. Overall 5 star

We were delighted to receive an upgrade from studio with kitchen to a suite with full kitchen facilities. The two pools, one overlooking the beach, were clean and very relaxing but it wasn't possible to sit on the beach in front of the hotel. The hula show was great and there was a special celebration for Chinese New Year, both were very entertaining. We were lucky enough to see the whales not far out to see right in front of the hotel, beautiful! It would be a lovely hotel for families.

This is a lovely resort in Maui, the complex is low rise (unlike most of the high rise hotel chains surrounding it), has very pretty grounds which are immaculately kept and has a beautiful beach and the clearest sea I have ever swam in. Our apartment was incredibly well appointed and very stylish. It had everything we needed and we were well looked after with beach towels, house keeping etc. Castaway Cafe is a lovely chilled spot to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff and wonderful location

We had a great time, the sea water pool was really interesting with the sea breaking over the far wall at certain states of the tide. The other hotel swimming pool was also great together with it's 'hot tub', plenty of room and chairs etc to sit and laze around on. The apartment was exceptional, beautifully maintained and equipped, we could not have asked for anything more.

Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights for our honeymoon. The hotel was really nice and the rooms had everything you could hope for. The location is slightly out of the way but easily accessible with a short taxi ride.
