"We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and overall had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The views across the golf course were beautiful and it really is somewhere you can unwind and slow down. Looking out over the open landscape was incredibly peaceful. My main disappointment was the cleaning. The communal area leading to the apartments didn't appear to have been cleaned when we arrived. I deliberately waited a couple of days to see if it would be attended to, but by the third day the same debris was still there, so I raised it with reception. The reception manager told me the communal areas were cleaned every day, but I pointed out that this clearly hadn't happened in our area. I felt it would have been better simply to acknowledge that it had been missed. To their credit, they reacted quickly and the area was cleaned shortly afterwards, for which I thanked them. I also noticed when using the cooker extractor that the buttons were greasy and sticky, suggesting they had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. We had a small issue with the curtain rail too, but maintenance responded promptly and politely. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay, but I do think management needs to pay closer attention to cleaning and carry out more thorough checks. First impressions count, and these relatively small details can make a significant difference to a guest's overall experience."

"My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. My colleague had a coffee machine in her room but I just had a kettle and sachets of coffee and milk. Breakfast was a little disappointing, coffee was served out of urns with no other option."

"Exactly what it says .....a good location on M25 at a reasonable cost. Our room overlooking the back was quiet at night, helpful staff & an efficient shower & TV. Good value on a Sunday night near food court, free parking on site."

"Lovely stay for my birthday food was great rooms were lovely staff were friendly only a couple of minor things we got back late and the car park was full managed to get the last space thankfully but maybe bare that in mind, then our neighbours were up till 4 am they weren’t being extra loud but we could hear them (not hotels fault) and the lastly we put the “refresh room” sign on our door and when we got back from day out it hadn’t been done so had to go to reception to ask for more tea and coffee for room"
