"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay at The Orwell Hotel in Felixstowe! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of customer service was outstanding throughout. A special mention has to go to Rob and Alfie, who were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile, a friendly attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. They are a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is full of character, with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. If you're looking for a hotel in Felixstowe that combines great hospitality with excellent service, I can't recommend The Orwell Hotel highly enough. Thanks again to Rob, Alfie, and the whole team—we'll definitely be back!"

"Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"We had a really lovely stay. The house is spacious and located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing break. It’s also very convenient—close to the train station and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like sauces, teas, and coffee pods, which made it feel even more welcoming. There’s also a fantastic fish and chips place on the same street—definitely 5 stars! Overall, a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again."
