Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"We had an excellent time, the accommodation was peaceful and the hot tub amazing. We used it as a base as it was midway for the gents to go to Silverstone whilst the ladies when stopping in Birmingham. Would stay again if we decided to go back to Silverstone!"

"Stayed 3 nights at Richmond Cottage with my elderly mother and my dog. We were impressed with the welcome pack which included flowers, wine, milk, bread, butter, ground coffee and tea bags.Mother had the downstairs bedroom. The steps down to bathroom and kitchen were deep but she managed. I had the large double bedroom upstairs with its tiny ensuite shower room. "Lovely stay. All the facilities were comfortable. Loved the outlook overlooking farmland just perfect for a relaxing time. Great selection of TV channels. A warm welcome with milk and biscuits provided which is a nice touch. Highly recommended."
