I think this is the best urban hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Seattle from Canada meeting friends from England. The Citizen M, Pioneer Square was an oasis of calm, stylish, sumptuous, serenity. I’ve rarely seen such clever thoughtful, innovative, inspiring design outside of Europe. Lovely people, delicious breakfast, awesome atmosphere. I hope very much to stay again soon.

This is a quirky hotel which has had some very famous visitors. The standard room we had, at the front of the hotel, was not huge but clean and cosy. The bed was really comfortable too. Trains (huge freight trains) do run near to the hotel but we didn't find the noise a problem. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but several breakfasts which were delicious. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Rooms come well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and hot water pot in the minibar that has a sink. The bed was very comfortable and there are extra pillows and blanket.Underground parking, Convenient location to lots of places to eat. Grocery store nearby. Climate pledge and space needle are steps away. Nice view of the Puget sound and Space needle.

Friendly staff and also organized a day room at short notice. Well located and modern hotel. A touch expensive but it's Seattle.

This is a trendy hotel in a vibey neighbourhood with superb staff. We loved the coffee shop and Firn rooftop bar. Spotlessly clean room. We recommend a meal at 84 Yesler (7 min walk), a fantastic casual fine dining experience. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with our room. The AC was broken so the room was too hot, and the sink was clogged. We only stayed one night and arrived pretty late, and were too tired to change room.

Very good clean hotel. Friendly staff and clearly had a recentish freshen up. Apart from the noisy aircon in the room(even when switched off) it was an excellent stay. Recommended and good value

It was a great room, quiet and had everything we needed. We loved the double sized twin beds. Their bar menu and staff were great. The George, when it was open, was a lovely restaurant (with a great breakfast open daily). The only disappointment was the swimming pool and changing rooms were a bit half hearted and didn’t feel looked after or loved.

This is a fantastic hotel central to everything & fabulous views out over the harbour. Room 802 was a top corner room with dual aspect. Spacious & comfortable with the best view I have had from any hotel around the World! The staff are super friendly & helpful! Highly commend to travellers to Seattle & great for Pike St Market...
