Place was dirty. Blinds didn’t work. Found retainers in the room. Elevators didn’t work. Didn’t have stairs.

There were two people out front on Aug 1st. The man was not pleasant when checking in. He seemed annoyed that we arrived. Not the type of service you expect when your spending money for his service. He was short with his answers
