We organized a review of your concern with our receptionist and checked our records. However, we did not see any confusion about prices. We were very sorry to hear that your stay at our sleep pod did not meet your expectation at the price charged. As you may know all services in international airports are quite expensive due to high rentals and operational costs. Room rates at VATC SleepPod including the free snack and drinks are reasonable and competitive. We offer payment for room hire at hourly or whole day package rates to help with the costs. It is possible to rest for a whole day (22 hours) at a price equivalent to just 5 hours rental and we guarantee the lowest whole day package prices for you at Noi Bai International Airport. We hope that you appreciate this aspect of our service but if the issues were other than those mentioned please do clarify further so we may address them and can serve you better in the future.
