The accommodation is very clear, spacious The really nice terrace and offers a very friendly outdoor area. The common areas are clean, it's really appreciated! Finally, the staff at Nyna House is really responsive and attentive to us, well done! We had a lovely stay again and would not hesitate to pick up a Nyna House home again

It was really good to be able to stay with NYNA. Their staff was friendly and super responsive. The location was really good too. The only concerning thing was noise as you are right by the street. Do keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Quarter! Very easy to walk around to local attractions. The host are extremely friendly and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is spacious and has all necessities. My friend and I booked two of the three apartments in the building. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hanoi :)

The place is quite nice on both decorations & service. Yet we has some problems on water due to the running out for about 4-5 hours. I think it was a sudden issue, bothered abit but not really affect much on the total experience at home. Kindly reccommend the house when you have a trip to Hanoi.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on Expedia, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mei is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and rooftop are excellent. The location is incredible. Mei had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks, Mei and NYNA for a wonderful stay! We will be back, Hieu.

Super pleasant stay with them! Thanks to the host and staff for being so helpful and kind to host us! The room is very clean and nice! Recommended! The stairs are the only inconvenience, but the staff here also supported us very enthusiastically
