Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"Excellent service. Highly compliment Dong, Cindy, May and William. The service definitely reflects a 5 star hotel from the time we stepped into the hotel. We were assigned a room which was close to a balcony. Someone was smoking and we smell smoke in our room. It was almost midnight and they came to spray air freshener. But we finally gave up and wanted to switch to a different room. They came within minutes and helped us move the luggages. The location was very convenient to many different shopping and food places. Highly recommend! Breakfast was included in our stay and food was delicious."

"This hotel had a very clean room there was nothing that was disgusting. The staffs hospitality was very kind they used to crack some jokes, the staff was great. Breakfast was also delicious but they don’t frequently change the menu they do it very little. The hotel location was very good it was walkable to all of the famous food restaurants and shops. Overall my experience with Meritel Hotel was very good the room was very nice, the staffs hospitality was very good and friendly, breakfast was also delicious but they didn’t change the menu that much, and the location was very good.Thank you, Meritel for a wonderful stay!!Sincerely, Abhishek Singh"
