The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab.
