Guest access \- We provide all the essential items for your daily living in the apartment, such as: shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, hand soap, hair dryer, steam iron, etc. \- A 9-stage water filter is installed in the kitchen, so you can use drinking water directly without needing to buy plastic bottles from outside. \- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils: pots, pans, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking oil, spices, fish sauce, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, cups, etc. \- A washing machine and dryer are also fully equipped in your apartment complex. \- The bathroom is equipped with a water heater (50L) with a complete heating and air circulation system. \- The living area is equipped with a personal projector system (which will give you a new experience, chilling with Netflix right in bed). \- The smoke detection system is installed throughout the building and apartments, so we advise against smoking in the apartments. The apartments have a spacious balcony area where you can smoke.
