The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place.

This hotel is conveniently located in the old town of Hangzhou, near Hefang street, a touristic pedestrian street known for its Southern Song Dynasty buildings. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Chinese style, but the antique decor was paired with modern hi tech appliances, which we did not know how to operate because it was written in Chinese! The only downside to this place is that it does not serve breakfast.

A wonderful hotel in the center of local restaurants and shops and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff was incredible. Rooms were comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellency, right off front door has a bus go to west lake, if you prefer to walk, west lake is 20 more minutes walking distance. The hotel also offer the free umbrella for customers to use. I will stay in this hotel if I come to HongZhou again.

If you come to Hangzhou, this is the place you want to stay. Bus stop outside the door, 5 minute walk to metro, amd Zhongshan street just around the corner. Staff speak English well and are very helpful.

Excellent location!

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located on the street next to Hefang Street, just a six-minute walk from Intime Mall. There's also a bus stop right in front, making it easy to reach West Lake. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay even better.
