Le service est déplorable dès le check in. J'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur et on m'attribue une chambre fumeur, donc obligé de redescendre à la réception pour faire un changement. Le personnel s'occupant des chambres est bruyant, ils se baladent avec la musique à fond sur leurs portable dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs, je n'ai jamais vu dans un hôtel sensé être 4 étoiles. Gros problème d'organisation aussi, j'avais une réservation avec petit déjeuner inclus et lorsque je me présente à la salle de petit déjeuner, le réceptionniste me dit que je ne suis pas sûr leur liste. I will never return to this hotel again. We have chosen this hotel as my family has previously stayed in the hotel 2 years ago and it was good then. The hotel has deteriorated so much that it is not worse the while to stay in despite the good location. At check in, I requested for non-smoking room due to my sensitive wind pipe. Answer given by the check in staff was although the government in China has curbed smoking in the room, they cannot stop the guests from smoking in their room. What kind of control do the management has and looking at the state of the hotel, maintenance was poor or no maintenance at all. This hotel also allows their guests to leave their room door open while the guests were smoking heavily in the room!! There was also stain on the towel given. Most ridiculous was, I have asked to add a bed in the room. The kind of bed they added is not the standard roll away bed and there was no mattress given. The hotel has expected the guest to sleep on hard wooden plank!!! The hotel has the cheek to charge RMB250 for the wooden plank bed!!!! Better to pay more and stay at an international brand hotel!! The staff are friendly - and just need to be a little more polished. The bed size and room size (which are unacceptable) are totally different from what is shown in the photo of hotels.com, and the room at the far end of the floor was very filthy and stuffy. Then, we appealed to the front desk to change for a reasonable size and cleaner room. Eventually, we could move to a room with relatively bigger size and toilet. The Services provided and the hotel condition had been declined significantly since our last stay a few years ago. The only selling point is that it is near to the lake.
