The location is good as its near a "mall" which has many good eating options and amenities. Hotel provides pickup from nearby train station which is very helpful since its our first time to Hangzhou. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly.

It was a very clean and spacious room. They have universal chargers here. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a laundry room to do laundry for free. However, the gym was very lackluster and the cable machine was broken. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location is good but a bit walk to subway. They have a spacious room and clean. However the room a bit run down. The check in and check out went very smooth and they have drop off service to railway station!
