Pour l'hôtel : Nous sommes arrivés à 22 heures, il y a 3 réceptionnistes à l'accueil, et les 3 sont toutes occupées en même temps sur un SEUL dossier du monsieur devant nous. 1/2h d'après, enfin c'est notre tour, mais l'hôtel nous a dit qu'il n'a aucune réservation à notre nom, il faut contacter nous même le site Hôtels.com. Après mon appel, Hôtels.com a rappelé immédiatement l'hôtel, mais là, hallucinant, aucune entre elles ne parle anglais, je dois faire la traduction au tél. afin de résoudre le problème. Pour la chambre : Le salle de bain est ignoble, tâche suspecte (jaune ou noire ) sur le WC et dans le baignoire. They said that they don't take any reservation from hotels.com, even though I showed them the confirmation email I had received from hotels.com, which included my payment.
