It is ideal!! Perfect location. Close to the beautiful lake where most of the attractions are. Also, the staff were very helpful. They even offered to take us to the Temple. Room was perfect! Very cleaned and modern. As a plus, they even did our laundry. It is the best hotel I have stayed in China. Above and beyond in all aspects ‼️

One of the best hotels in Hangzhou. A stone throw away from the beautiful world famous west lake. Breakfast is delicious and convenient. Staff are nice and friendly. Onsite laundry is free to access. Robot delivery is something you must to experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

The staff is very friendly. I love the free beverages and snacks from 1980s. The decorations give you an old time flavor, but the facilities are very modern. The location is super good, very close to Xihu (West Lake). I really enjoyed staying there.

This place is a stand out place to stay. The rooms are immaculate and spotlessly clean. The staff were very peasant and helpful. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious. And the location of the hotel couldn't be better, right near West Lake. My utmost recommendation for this hotel.

Absolutely value for money. West lake scenery area is only steps away and General Yue Temple is right next to it. The room is clean, amenities great, staff very friendly, breakfast is very good. Considering the quality of the hotel the price is a real bargain. Couldn't recommend more!

Séjour catastrophique dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu une chambre qui n’a pas du tout été nettoyé (cheveux et ongles par terre et sur le canapé, cheveux dans la salle de bain, wc sale, boule de poussière) et cela a été un cauchemar. La pauvre réceptionniste a dû venir rattrapé la déconvenue tant bien que mal en passant un coup sur le sol mais ce n’était pas suffisant. Le lendemain le ménage a été fait de façon approximative car des cheveux étaient toujours présent sur le canapé et dans la salle de bain. De plus la chambre près de l’ascenseur était beaucoup trop bruyante avec le passage des clients et du robot de livraison. Le personnel de réception a été sympathique en nous offrant des gâteaux le remboursement de la chambre mais aucun remboursement n’a été reçu à ce jour.

景勝地の西湖に近かった点は、とても良かった。 また、大通りから奥に入った所にあるので、街の騒音は聞こえなかった。 ビジネスホテルの様な施設だが、家族連れが多かった。 設備は整っていて、良く管理されていたと思う。 従業員は、とても気持ちの良い人たちだった。 ただ、窓の外が壁で、景色が見えなかったのが残念だった。
