#### Für Europäer nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Ich buche viel über hotels.com, auch in China, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob dieses Hotel nicht besser wieder aus dem Listing genommen werden sollte ? Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Ich blieb stur, wies nach dass ich selbst an hotels.com deutlich mehr bezahlt hatte als in dem Fax stand, und wies das Hotel an das mit hotels.com bitte direkt zu regeln, was betrifft das mich wenn die mit der mit hotels.com vereinbarten Zimmerrate nicht zufrieden sind ? Das Hotel selbst liegt nicht weit vom großen Bahnhof HangZhouDong (East) entfernt, ca. 5 km, leider etwas zu weit um dahin zu laufen und es ist auch nicht einfach zu finden. Mein Zimmer war zudem etwas schäbig, lange nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos auf hotels.com zu sehen. Ich kann mir aber natürlich auch gut vorstellen dass ich in ein schlechteres Zimmer gebucht wurde da man mit der Zimmerrate ja nicht einverstanden war (meins war im 25\. Stock, in den höheren Etagen stiegen die gut gekleideten Chinesen in den Fahrstuhl zu). Alles in Allem so leider nicht zu empfehlen, wenn es nicht so spät gewesen wäre hätte ich esakliert und wäre wieder abgereist, da es aber sehr spät war war ich froh ein Bett zum Schlafen zu haben.
