Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Bad choice

It's a terrible choice. No way it's a four-star hotel. Hotel is very old, staff were super slow and they don't understand your basic requirement. You can hear very clearly what's going on in your neighbor's room, super annoying in the night.
