The staff were on hand to help straight away with our bags and when we needed help to get to tourist sites, a bus was provided which came and picked up guests from the hotel. The room was lovely, except the bathroom could be more private if you are looking to share with friends! All in all a lovely stay :) ##### Rebecca ### 2/10 Terrible #### 雅治, 大阪 17 Mar 2017 Liked: Staff & service #### 中国人以外の外国人を泊めることが出来ないホテルのようです。 エクスペディアで予約、決算出来たので安心して当日カウンターまで行きました。が、びっくりです。 帰国後サービスセンターに電話しましたが、返金されるのでしょうか。 ##### 雅治 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 27 Feb 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 预定的是套房，开始在客厅看电视，等到去卧室的时候发现电视机打不开，后来叫来服务员，折腾了半小时也弄不好，想着卧室不看电视也无所谓，就算了。但是酒店的空调室外机噪音太大，晚上根本无法睡觉，让服务员来听过之后，提出让我们换房间，但是没有套房了，只能换大床房，由于声音实在太大根本不不能入睡，只能同意换房间，联系了前台，更换了房间，酒店也提出赠送两份早餐，可惜我们本来就打算睡懒觉压根儿没打算去吃早餐，但是酒店也尽力了，没必要为难人家。然后，大半夜的重新穿好衣服收拾好东西，默默地换了房间。但是，总体来说，酒店的装修很帮，很有特色，而且服务是真心不错的，对于客人的需求，响应地非常快速，可惜有些事情确实也是他们无力解决的，我们也表示理解。下次还是会继续选择这家酒店，只是希望别再给我顶着空调外机的房间了。 ##### Verified traveller ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 2 Jan 2017 Liked: Cleanliness The best thing going for this hotel was the hotel staff, very friendly, approachable and attentive. Location was the biggest drawback.
