Overall a good value. Such a beautiful view from my room - and wonderful breakfast in the morning. Just a few drawbacks though. First, the public bath had a lot of dead bugs, and the room did not have its own shower. Not a big issue though. Second, when I checked in, the woman at the front did not speak Japanese or English, so there was some confusion at first. I imagine there could be some issues during peak times unless they have a Japanese speaker at the front. Otherwise, the service was great. Anyway, even if I didn't bring a car, this was so much nicer than staying in a bigger hotel in Atami. Definitely walkable (though not close) from the station, beach, and other things. Olimme hotellin ainoat vieraat lomakauden ulkopuolella. Huoneesta oli huikean hienot näkymät merelle, haukat leijuivat rinteiden yläpuolella aamusta iltaan. Hotellin vierestä alkaa luonnonsuojelualue ja niemellä on useita kauniita kävelyreitttejä. Tosin korkeuserot ovat hurjia.
