They provided shuttle to train stations. They even arranged drop-off of our luggage to train station so that we didn’t have to carry them with us while sightseeing. We asked recommendations for lunch, they even drove us to the restaurant. They made us feeling very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet place, good for relaxing. The room is very spacious. They serve the guests with welcome tea when check in and free drinks from 8 to 11 pm. We stayed here for two nights. Dinner and breakfast were served in the room. Food quality was excellent despite there were one or two things that we didn't like but it was truly our own issue. Bathhouse for Onsen is located in Level B1, it was pretty small. We decided to use the in room Onsen tub for the entire time we stayed. Service was good, I had been to better another Onsen hotel with better service.
