Awesome location literally next to the train station, great food in the area as well as at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast was amazing. Onsen was really lovely too. Location of the hotel was right beside Gora Station and bus station to you to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was so close to gora station, the onsen was great, we got a private room and it was so clean, nice and comfortable. we were celebrating our honeymoon and our room had a nice welcome gift and celebratory note, it was so so nice. It’s right next to Gora station so very convenient. It was clean and modern and had a great little onsen too. The staff were brilliant - very happy to help. The breakfast option at the hotel was nice since the area doesn’t have too many dining places (that’s just Hakone for you). But the location was pretty good and the hotel had everything we needed for the most part for the two nights we stayed. I would recommend to others or come back myself. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind. The onsen is small (max 6 ppl) but that was never an issue. The included breakfast was a smallish buffet style of mostly western type foods, salads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads. The convenience of the location, minutes away from Gora station, made arriving and doing the Hakone loop so easy! We opted for a private room which was lovely and comfortable. The onsen facilities are only open to guests and while small are very pleasant, and the number of people is limited at any one time. Even the snacks and drinks in the minibar were very reasonably priced and locally sourced.
